Partner API reference

Keys are issued by Repairius after partner review. Try requests first in the synthetic sandbox.

Authentication

Send your key as a bearer token. Keys are stored only as hashes on our side; we can't show a key again after it's issued, so keep it in a secret store.

Authorization: Bearer rpx_live_<your key>

Scopes & access

providers:search — read verified, active, opted-in providers.
requests:create — create service requests. Enabled per partner after a pilot agreement; not available by default.

Each key only sees requests it created. Unclaimed directory listings are never dispatched to.

Service requests (pilot partners)

Include an Idempotency-Key header; retries with the same key return the original request instead of creating a duplicate.

Webhooks

Events: request.accepted, request.declined, request.status_changed, request.completed, request.cancelled. Callback URLs must be public https. Failed deliveries retry with backoff up to 6 attempts.

Verify the signature over the raw body with a constant-time compare, and treat the delivery id as a de-duplication key.
