    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Repairius ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Platform Description

    Repairius Inc. operates a directory and marketplace platform that connects customers with automotive service providers, towing companies, roadside assistance providers, and parts vendors. Repairius is solely a platform provider and directory service.

    3. Important: Platform Role & Payment Disclaimer

    Repairius is NOT a party to any transaction between customers and service providers.We do not:

    • Process, collect, or handle any payments between parties
    • Act as an escrow service or payment intermediary
    • Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
    • Endorse any particular provider or guarantee their performance
    • Assume liability for disputes between customers and providers

    All payments and financial transactions occur directly between customers and service providers. Repairius does not receive, process, or facilitate any portion of these payments. Users are solely responsible for negotiating terms, pricing, and payment arrangements directly with each other.

    4. User Responsibilities

    For Customers:

    • Provide accurate information about your service needs and vehicle
    • Communicate directly with providers regarding pricing and services
    • Handle all payment arrangements directly with chosen providers
    • Verify provider credentials, insurance, and licensing as needed
    • Report any issues or disputes to the appropriate authorities

    For Service Providers:

    • Maintain accurate and current business information
    • Provide services as described and agreed upon with customers
    • Handle all billing and payments directly with customers
    • Maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Repairius provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of provider listings, quality of services, or outcomes of transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repairius shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

    • The use or inability to use our platform
    • Any transaction between users of the platform
    • Actions or omissions of service providers
    • Disputes between customers and providers
    • Payment disputes or non-payment between parties

    6. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes between customers and service providers must be resolved directly between those parties. Repairius may, at its discretion, provide mediation resources but is not obligated to participate in or resolve disputes. Users agree to hold Repairius harmless from any claims arising from transactions or interactions with other users.

    7. Reviews and Ratings

    Users may leave reviews and ratings for providers. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. Repairius reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines but does not verify the accuracy of all reviews.

    8. Wrench Talk Community Forum

    Wrench Talk is a user-generated content forum operated by Repairius Inc. By posting content, you agree to:

    • Follow our Community Guidelines
    • Not post spam, harassment, hate speech, or dangerous misinformation
    • Accept that all posts are subject to AI-moderation and human review
    • Grant Repairius a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform
    • Retain ownership of your original content

    AI-Generated Answers: Wrench Talk includes an AI Mechanic feature. AI answers are for informational purposes only. Repairius is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated advice. Always consult a qualified professional for safety-critical repairs.

    Content Responsibility: Repairius Inc. operates the forum and maintains content moderation systems including automated AI screening, user reporting/flagging, and human review. Users can report violations and block other users. Repairius reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

    9. Account Termination

    Repairius reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

    10. SMS Messaging Terms

    By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Repairius regarding your account activity, including new job requests, bid updates, and status changes. These messages are operational in nature and are not marketing messages.

    • Message Frequency: Varies based on your platform activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active job periods.
    • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
    • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. You can also disable SMS in your account notification settings.
    • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@repairus.com.
    • Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carrier support is not guaranteed.

    11. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
