Heavy-duty repair is a different workflow: multi-day jobs, fleet accounts, PM schedules and Class 4–8 labor data. These are the platforms truck and diesel shops commonly evaluate, with sourced pricing and the questions to ask each vendor.
Disclosure: Repairius publishes this page and Repairius is our own product. This list is not a ranking — entries appear in no particular order of quality, and we assign no ratings.
How we researched: every price and feature below comes from the vendor’s own website with the date we checked it and a link to the source. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so — unpublished means unknown, not free. Confirm details directly with each vendor before buying.
Heavy-duty repair shop management

Often considered by: Smaller diesel shops evaluating a simpler repair-order and history workflow with a limited-invoice trial.

Questions for Decisiv SRM
Repairius combines shop management — work orders, estimates, invoices, inspections and customer communication — with a free basic business listing and website that can receive booking requests. Unlimited users on every plan, no per-technician fees.
Pricing: Pro $99.99/month (first location included); Business $179.99/month adds fleet accounts, technician commissions and marketing campaigns. 14-day trial, card required.
Limitations: newer platform; directory inquiries are not guaranteed; heavy-duty labor data and dealer DMS features are not claimed.
It depends on whether you are an independent shop, a dealer or a fleet maintaining its own units. Fullbay and Mitchell 1 Manager SE Truck Edition target independent Class 4–8 shops; Trimble TMT and Decisiv serve fleet-side and coordination workflows. We publish Repairius and do not rank it against competitors.
Fullbay publishes $188–$318 per month plus per-user fees on an annual agreement. Shopmonkey’s heavy-duty capability is a separately quoted add-on. Mitchell 1 Truck Edition, Digital Wrench and the fleet platforms quote individually. Compare the complete cost — users, locations, data licenses and integrations.
Sometimes, but confirm it explicitly. Shopmonkey sells a paid Heavy Duty add-on for Class 4–8 lookup, labor guides and procedures. Most other automotive platforms do not publish equivalent heavy-duty coverage — require a demonstration with your actual units before assuming fit.
Run one real multi-day repair end to end: estimate with truck labor data, parts ordering, technician time across days, customer or fleet authorization, final invoice and a fleet statement. Then export the history and confirm what happens to your data at cancellation.
