Truck OEMs, Commercial Warranty & Roadside

Less blind downtime across your commercial service network

When a truck goes down, the OEM, the fleet and the service point all want the same answers: who has it, what is wrong and when it will roll. Repairius gives participating heavy-duty shops and mobile mechanics a consistent way to receive events and report progress.

    Where it breaks down today

    Downtime is invisible

Between tow-in and release, OEM support teams rely on calls to the service point.

    Mixed dealer and independent network

Out-of-network independents and mobile techs rarely share a system with the OEM.

    Warranty evidence varies

Fault codes, photos and parts information arrive inconsistently.

    Roadside events need fast acceptance

Breakdown cases need a provider to accept quickly, with ETA visibility.

How the workflow runs with Repairius

    1. Event created

Your support center or program system opens a case and selects a service point.

    2. Provider receives it

With an approved integration, the request arrives in the provider's Repairius inbox with your case ID.

    3. Provider accepts and updates

Acceptance, en-route, on-site and completion statuses are recorded.

    4. Evidence attached

Inspection photos, notes and estimates are captured on the job.

    5. Program decides

Warranty coverage and goodwill decisions stay with the OEM program.

    Your existing systems

Repairius connects beside your case-management or uptime platform through APIs and webhooks where available. We do not replace your dealer communication system or warranty system.

    Your own provider network

Your authorized dealers and approved independents stay your network. Repairius can include independents who are not dealers when you choose to add them.

    What Repairius does not do

Repairius does not adjudicate warranty, decide goodwill, or guarantee response times — providers set their own availability.

    Common questions

Does this replace our dealer system?
No. Repairius is aimed at coordinating with participating providers, including independents outside your dealer system.
    Can you guarantee arrival times?
No. Providers set availability; Repairius reports the statuses they post.
    Is a connector available today?
Service-request and webhook APIs are available as a pilot by approval. A platform-specific connector is scoped per program.
