Repair status your adjusters can see — while authorization stays in your claims system
Claims teams spend hours chasing shops for estimates, photos and completion dates. Repairius gives participating repair providers one place to receive a request, send back documentation and post status, and can feed that back to your claims platform through an approved integration.
Where it breaks down today
Status lives in phone calls
Adjusters call or email shops for updates, and the claim file is only as current as the last conversation.
Documentation arrives in pieces
Estimates, supplements and photos come by email, text and fax in different formats.
Cycle time is hard to measure
Without timestamps for assignment, arrival and completion, cycle-time reporting depends on manual entry.
Shops use different software
Your direct-repair or preferred shops will not all switch tools for one carrier.
How the workflow runs with Repairius
Claim system assigns
Your claims platform decides the shop and authorization limits — exactly as today.
Request reaches the shop
Through an approved API connection, the request lands in the provider's Repairius inbox with your reference number.
Shop documents the work
The provider attaches estimates, photos and notes in Repairius.
Status flows back
Signed webhooks report key status changes so your team stops chasing updates.
Adjuster decides
Approvals, supplements and payment decisions stay in your claims system.
Your existing systems
Repairius is designed to sit beside your claims management platform, not inside it. Where your platform supports outbound APIs or webhooks, we scope a connection that maps your claim and assignment IDs to Repairius service requests.
Your own provider network
You keep your direct-repair and preferred networks. Repairius does not reassign your claims to other shops.
What Repairius does not do
Repairius does not adjudicate claims, set coverage, authorize repairs or issue claim payments. Estimates produced by shops in Repairius are shop documents for your review.

Common questions
- Does Repairius approve repairs or supplements?
- No. Repairius carries the shop's documentation and status. Approval stays with your adjusters and claims system.
- Do our shops have to switch software?
- No. Shops can use Repairius alongside their existing shop software. Shops that use Repairius get the full request, documentation and messaging tools.
- Is there a ready-made connector for our claims platform?
- Not today. We scope connections per platform based on its API and your authorization.
